My one way ticket to Moira

  • August 1, 2015

Goa is a magical haven on the west coast of India. With its mild and pleasant weather, it’s the perfect location for those looking for a home near the beach or scenic hillsides. Owning an apartment or Luxury Villa in Goa has been a dream of many of those who come down here on vacation.

We recently caught up with Jayanth Nadkarni, one of our new home owners at our flag ship development in the hamlet Moira – Acron Eugenia Evergreens. Jayanth, a military pilot turned CEO and co-founder of Invision Air Services Pvt. ltd., is a regular visitor and has been coming to Goa for the past 20 years. The beautiful village roads, lush vegetation and the beautiful blooming flowers are what drew him to the village a Moira, the place he would eventually call HOME.

His wife got in touch with us and we had a long conversation with her about Goa and finding a nice place to settle down and as it turns out, a villa in Moira was exactly what they were looking for! Once they knew that we had a development coming up in Moira, they decided to visit us on their next trip to Goa. He told us of how every trip down to Goa was beautiful, but always left a ticking clock in his mind that signalled a return flight back and that created unnecessary stress. But now it’s a different story:

“We have been traveling the interiors quite often, on bike and on cycles and we have been loving it.”

Moira being a small village in between Mapusa and Aldona, is peaceful and away from the noise and pollution of the city. Small rivers pass through the fields and create beautiful backwaters that join the Mandovi River allowing for travel by boat to the capital or just to enjoy the Mangroves in their naturally beautiful setting. Acron’s Exclusive homes are a testament to their 28 years of being one of the best Property Developers in Goa.

“Our next holidays are pretty much going to be a one way flight without the return flight booked back.”

The Acron team aims for customer satisfaction and seeing Jayanth gush over his new home, we can certainly say we achieved that goal once again! We wish you all the best and a beautiful life ahead in Goa, Jayanth!
