"Goa' just awesome....what can I say!"

In our first short episode we see Satish, Chetan and Shital and Rajeev talking to us about why they decided to go house hunting! There's no surprise as to why they chose Goa...and they each explain it all so have a read below!

Satish Machani, industrialist and manufacturer, answers the question of 'why did you choose to buy a home in Goa' in the simplest way:

"When I come down here (Goa) I actually think I sleep better here! How is that not a great compliment that further reinforces the ideology that Goa is the perfect place to rest, relax and stop the clock. When you run a busy hectic lifestyle (or rather the lifestyle has been running you) then coming to Goa is the quickest best break you can give yourself"."

And just like Satish, you too need a good night's rest! Our next words come from the Harias' who has had the dream for years (Mrs Haria exclaims emphatically):

"Well it has been my dream FOR YEARS to own a home in Goa....with the carefree lifestyle, the beaches and the people....the different vibe is what pulls us here!"

Well...we certainly love knowing that the charm of the people and state alike are some of the key factors to why people choose to live in Goa. Next, Captain Rajeev Khera on the recommendation of his brother who is a previous Acron homeowner, came down to Goa with a clear result in mind:

A retirement plan. "Coming down to Goa every year, from Dubai, we finally thought to ourselves why not retire here! A huge difference from the dunes of Dubai, Goa gave him something much more to look forward to, and in the big picture...who doesn't want to retire in Goa!"
