For the last 10 years Sohal has been planning one thing. Their retirement home in Goa. The last 20 - 30 years are made up of frequent visits to Goa for holidays and just as you would expect fell in love with the location. Everything about Goa spoke to them and reminded them that there are places that will always feel like home away from home.
And when the time came to retire, they only had one plan on their mind: retire in Goa. So the location was settled. Now to find the right builders in Goa to take on this emotionally weighted task of delivering the dream home to them.
And that is where Acron comes into the story. A quick google search of apartments in Goa for sale and Acron promptly pops up. So like many who have, they clicked. A quick but very detailed call with the sales executive left them impressed and the site visit was set.
Having showed off their previous developments, the superior quality and standard of deliverance along with persistant maintanance that make the 20 year old projects look like they were built within the last few years!
First of all they showed us their older properties, and the looked pristine, we could see that they were very well looked after. And that's what we wanted, somewhere where the property we buy in Goa or where we live, is looked after and there is a pride by the developer in their properties. And we found that with Acron.
Having booked their apartment in Acron Seawinds a Premium lifestyle development with 1, 2 & 3 Bedroom apartments on the coastal belt in Baga North Goa choosing a 3 BHK overlooking paddyfields and mountaines in the distance (the envy of many homeowners we presume) everything was on route to a succesful and well deserved retirement home...
And then the covid-19 pandemic struck.
BUT.
Where many developments came to a screeching halt, Acron continued to deliver on their promises to the Sohals and even beat their own deadline of the delivery date set on the RERA registration, delivering the project a full 8 days in advance!
We still think we are quite fortunate that Acron have delivered our home even in trying times like these, and to deliver on 31st March, I was fairly shocked actually!
