Villascente is at Candolim, a few minutes walk from the beach, off the main road that leads to the Fort Aguada Beach Resort. It was completed in December 1999.

Villascente consists of apartments, built in the Indo-Iberian style overlooking a swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
The development has an equipped gymnasium, large bay windows and French doors.
