1. Manager Marketing and Sales: From a premier institute with 10-15 year's relevant experience; with a flair for customer oriented approach. Experience in commercial real estate marketing and sales preferred and should be supported by top-notch operational, communication skills and computer literacy. The candidate would be reponsible for developing a marketing strategy and for meeting sales targets, systemization, re-organization, etc.
   
   
2. Managers Legal: Applicants should be Law graduates with 8 to 10 years experience in handling legal matters relating to properties especially in Goa. They should be conversant with drafting of legal documents, conveyancing, stamp duty, registration and court matters. Knowledge of company Law is important. Candidates should be presently in or a firm of solicitors/Advocates.
   
   
3. Executive Architect: B.Architecture from any university with 5 years experience. Must have knowledge of interiors and exteriors.
   
   
4. Assistant Engineers (3 Numbers) : Diploma in Architectures with 2-3years of experience or B,E, with one year of experience.
   
   
5. Quantity Surveyor : B,E, with 5years of experience or diploma with 10years of experience, knowledge of Audit Billing, Contract Document, Computers, Billing Software (Excel), Execution of work must have worked with a billing Engineer.
   
   
6. Interior Architect: Government degree in Architecture having worked in interior execution for a period of 5 years.
   
   
7. Driver: Xth Std pass holding a valid driving license.
